Performance artist Kristi Williamson and visual artist Kathryn Oliver have combined their skills in dance, drama, music, art and film to create a unique “mythopoetic” theater experience to awaken the senses and reinvigorate the imagination!
Mythic Heart Theatre performances connect to the natural rhythms of each of the four seasons. The use of sacred song, dance and poetic “ageless wisdom” teachings culminates in what we call, “Rituals of Remembrance” , which offer a more embodied experience of knowing.
As such, we invite our audiences to directly experience and participate in the unfolding of a mythical dream, dissolving the boundary between performer and audience member. The shared space comes alive with potential, awakening the heart, and calling us towards beauty, goodness and truth.
